Shalom friends, it's been a restless period in Israel with yet another extended Iranian missile attack on Israel. These take place every day!
Please join our urgent campaign to be a blessing to Israeli children at this time of crisis. There are tens of thousands newly homeless because of their home being damaged or destroyed (along with all their possessions), and children who are out of school, whose fathers (and some mothers) have been called up into reserves, leaving one parent at home alone with 2, 3, 4, 5 or more kids, having to take care of, protect, and keep their children busy, and yet deal with their own pressures from fear, trying to work, care for their children, and keep things as normal as possible.
We have already received wonderful support from all over the world, and want to give you and your community the opportunity to join us, to be a blessing to Israel's children at this time of crisis.
We know that in your communities there are thousands of people who love and pray for Israel. I want to ask you as we go public with the campaign to be a blessing to Israeli children to join us actively, and ask everyone in your community to donate the equivalent of at least $1.
Separately we will welcome videos with your children to be a support and encouragement to Israeli children, even drawing pictures and sending love from all over the world. We are making our first delivery of toys and games that can be used indoors since its not safe to be outside for many. Also when children are happy and occupied, their parents are and can have a respite themselves. Please respond generously, widely, and directly here.
